Store Auditor – GCC

We operate across several segments, offering men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, footwear and accessories through our own network of stores. Founded in 1989, we have 37 years of experience in the fashion business and have earned wide recognition in the markets and segments in which we operate.We are looking for a Store Auditor to visit our stores across the GCC and check that our standards are followed every day. This role needs someone with strong ethics who follows SOPs without exception. You will carry out surprise audits from both a customer service and an operational point of view. You will be based in Dubai, report to the HR Manager, and travel across the region every month.What you will doCarry out unannounced monthly store visits across the GCC, following a plan approved by the HR Manager.Audit customer service: how staff deal with customers, and whether the service follows our policies and processes.Audit store operations: merchandising, cleanliness, fitting rooms, stockroom and stock, and uniforms.Check HR documents, punch clock records and information boards.Check that every store follows our SOPs, and follow them yourself in every audit.Write clear audit reports with findings and actions.Follow up with store teams to make sure actions are done.Share common findings and suggest ways to improve our processes.Keep your visit schedule and audit records strictly confidential.Use digital and AI tools to record audits, spot trends across stores and prepare reports faster.What you will bringEssential for this role:High ethical standards. You stay honest, fair and objective, even when findings are uncomfortable.You follow SOPs and set processes every time, with no shortcuts.You keep information confidential, including your own visit schedule.Also needed:3+ years in retail audit, quality, loss prevention or store operations.Good knowledge of how a retail store runs day to day.Confidence writing clear, accurate reports.Strong attention to detail.Well organised, able to manage your own schedule.Willing to travel across the GCC every month.Fluent English.
