As a Store Department Manager at Decathlon Indonesia, you will take ownership of a specific sports department, driving business growth while prioritizing excellent customer service and team development. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic commercial strategy that integrates physical and digital channels, ensuring an exceptional omnichannel experience for our customers. This role requires leadership, operational execution, and a keen focus on sustainability and people development. Key Responsibilities Lead, recruit, and develop a motivated and competent team within your department. Create a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment aligned with Decathlon's core values. Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to priority sports. Leverage customer insights and data to optimize product offerings and digital engagement. Maintain a best-in-class customer experience through effective merchandise presentation and sales excellence. Manage inventory levels, staff scheduling, and business forecasting to meet targets. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols on a daily basis. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written. At least 1 year of experience in retail store leadership or management related to operations and team supervision. Demonstrated commercial and analytical skills with ability to plan and execute strategies. Strong leadership qualities and ability to foster autonomy and responsibility within the team. Willingness to work in assigned store locations across Indonesia.
