Storekeeper & Operations Support (Driver/Cleaner)Location: Dubai, UAECompany: ShineOn Cleaning Services LLCEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Days: 6 days per weekSalary: 4000 AED About the RoleShineOn Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on individual who is available to join immediately and support our growing operations team in Dubai.This is a multi-functional role where storekeeping and inventory management will be your primary responsibility, alongside supporting our cleaning and logistics operations.We're looking for someone who takes ownership, stays organised and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the team needs support.Key ResponsibilitiesStorekeeping & Inventory Management (Primary Role)Manage and organise the company's storage facility, cleaning supplies and equipment.Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.Prepare and distribute cleaning materials, linen, amenities and equipment for daily operations.Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure proper storage and handling of supplies.Minimise wastage and maintain accountability for company assets.Cleaning & Housekeeping SupportComplete a minimum of one cleaning assignment per working day.Assist cleaning teams with holiday home turnovers, refresh cleans and deep cleaning.Provide additional hands-on cleaning support during busy operational periods.Follow ShineOn's cleaning SOPs and quality standards.Driving & Logistics SupportTransport cleaning team members, equipment and supplies when required.Support urgent deliveries, collections and operational movements across Dubai.Assist with transportation during peak periods and scheduling challenges.Ensure safe driving and responsible use of company vehicles.What We're Looking ForValid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management or warehouse operations.Experience in cleaning services, housekeeping or holiday home operations is an advantage.Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.Basic computer skills, including Excel or inventory tracking systems.Good communication skills in English.Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning and handling supplies.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to support the team.Why Join ShineOn?ShineOn is a growing, tech-driven cleaning company where teamwork, accountability and operational excellence matter.We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing business, take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to delivering great service every day.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their CV to our recruitment team (hello@shineon.ae)Please ensure you hold a valid UAE driving licence before applying.#Hiring #DubaiJobs #Storekeeper #OperationsSupport #UAEJobs #CleaningServices #Logistics #ShineOnCleaningServices
