Supply Chain DirectorReports To： General Manager of Hisense Saudi Arabia / Regional Supply Chain HeadRole Mission：Build and optimize the end-to-end supply chain system in Saudi Arabia to ensure delivery, control costs, and improve inventory and logistics efficiency.Key Responsibilities：Formulate the Saudi supply chain strategy; responsible for demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and supply assurance.Manage international procurement, import, customs clearance, certification, warehousing, distribution, reverse logistics, and spare parts supply chain.Be familiar with and ensure the implementation of Saudi product certification such as SASO/SABER and customs compliance requirements.Manage 3PL providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers; optimize logistics costs, lead times, and service levels.Promote the application of ERP/SAP and other systems to improve supply chain digitalization and visibility.Collaborate with sales, finance, and after-sales to balance inventory turnover and order fulfillment rate.Establish supply chain risk early-warning and compliance mechanisms.Qualifications：Bachelor's degree or above; majors in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related fields preferred.10+ years of supply chain management experience, 5+ years of experience in the Middle East/Saudi Arabia; home appliances/consumer electronics industry preferred.Familiar with Saudi customs, import/export, SASO/SABER, tax, and logistics regulations.Proficient in ERP/SAP and other systems; possess data analysis, negotiation, and team management skills.Fluent in English.
