Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:Maintaining IT infrastructure, applications and systems.Providing remote and onsite support to end users.Developing and maintaining documentation to outline best practice and processes.Assisting in the delivery of IT projects.Collaborating with the engineering teams on release processes.Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of IT security policies, procedures and processes.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:Demonstrated experience providing level 2 support.Proven experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.Australian Citizenship with eligibility to obtain an NV1 clearance.What you'll get in return Working in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered a competitive salary package and flexible working arrangements.
