- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent management, entertainment, celebrity relations, luxury PR, or brand partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian and regional entertainment industry, including film, television, and digital platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing high-profile clients, commercial partnerships, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop talent strategies, and build long-term industry relationships.
- Understanding of commercial agreements, endorsements, and brand collaborations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:
- Existing relationships within the entertainment, media, and luxury industries.
- Previous experience working with celebrities, actors, or public figures.
- Exposure to international entertainment markets and partnerships.
