Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeImportant Note: Candidates must be currently located in the UAE, as face-to-face interviews are mandatory for this position.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Manager with strong expertise in UAE taxation & experience in External Audit to join our professional team.

The ideal candidate will be a Tax Agent in UAE for 2 years at least and have in-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, compliance requirements, and audit practices, IFRS, and will play a key role in advising clients, managing tax engagements, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert advisory services on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes· Manage and review VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, and returns· Handle FTA audits, assessments, objections, and clarifications· Advise clients on tax planning, tax structuring, and compliance strategies· Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements and deadlines· Prepare and review tax computation workings and supporting documentation· Strategically liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.· Demonstrate expertise in managing control actions, IFRS standards, and external audit engagements.Required Skills & Experience:· Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in taxation and external auditing in the UAE· Strong hands-on experience in:o UAE VAT Law and Executive Regulationso UAE Corporate Tax Lawo FTA audit handling and compliance· Solid understanding of UAE commercial laws and regulatory frameworks· Experience in tax advisory and external audit· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills· Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field· Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, UAE Corporate Tax Diploma are highly preferred· UAE experience is mandatory· Tax Agent UAE Experience for 2 years at least.· Arabic Language speaker is highly preferred
