Team Coordinator - Wellness Concierge

Educational Qualification & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Experience in luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness operations preferred- Knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic wellness is an added advantageKey Responsibilities- Coordinate guest wellness programmes and schedules- Manage guest documentation and wellness orientations- Coordinate with doctors and other departments- Monitor guest queries and ensure a seamless guest experience
