Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Boo Boo Laand, you will play a key role in overseeing the operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Leading a team of dedicated individuals, you will uphold the highest standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

SUPERVISION & TEAM MANAGEMENTCreate daily run-sheets and staff assignments.Conduct staff briefings, grooming checks, and ensure break compliance.Monitor staff engagement and performance throughout the shift and provide on the job coaching.Provide coaching and escalate issues to DM.CHECKLIST CONTROL & REPORTINGEnsure all checklists (opening, closing, cleaning, safety, attractions) are completed accurately.Submit checklist summaries and highlight issues to DMs.Report team performance, incidents, or guest concerns to DM/VM each day.GUEST EXPERIENCEActively engage guests and oversee attraction flow, queue management, and problem-solving.Respond to non-escalated guest concerns.Ensure birthday rooms, party setups, or event spaces are prepared and reset correctly.SALESEncourage and engage the team in sales targets to ensure all KPIs/targets are being met each monthEnsure the team have the support and tools required to excel in sales.OPERATIONAL SUPPORTCover DM responsibilities when assigned.Support cash operations at reception; can access safe for cash in/out and cash exchange.Lead on small operational projects (events, queue flow, merchandise displays, etc.).
