Employment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the retail sales team on the shop floor.Drive achievement of individual and store sales targets.Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer service standards.Coach and motivate team members to improve sales and service performance.Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated customer concerns.Support daily store opening, closing, and operational activities.Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product presentation.Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store standards.Prepare sales updates, reports, and performance trackers.Support roster planning, attendance, and shift coordination.Coordinate with Store Manager and internal teams on operational requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail procedures.Support new joiner onboarding and on-the-job training.RequirementsPrevious experience in retail sales / store operations.Prior experience as a Team Leader, Senior Sales Associate, Supervisor, or similar role.Strong people management and coaching skills.Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs, conversion, and customer service.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Confident in handling customer escalations.Good knowledge of POS, stock management, and retail operations.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.UAE retail experience is preferred.Key SkillsRetail Sales, Team Leadership, Store Operations, Customer Service, Sales Target Achievement, Team Management, Staff Coaching, Retail KPIs, Conversion, Upselling, Cross-Selling, Customer Engagement, POS, Inventory Management, Stock Replenishment, Visual Merchandising, Roster Management, Performance Monitoring, Complaint Handling, Retail Operations.
