Technical Business Analyst (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE – Onsite, with regular travel to Abu DhabiContract: 12 months, with potential for extensionEligibility: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a valid Golden Visa or are willing and eligible to obtain a freelance visa with the required business license and permits. Candidates must be able to secure the appropriate visa and work authorization independently.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.Support the identification and development of suitable solutions based on client requirements.Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.Assist with pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, bid preparation, and proposals.Work across multiple projects and industry verticals as required.Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.Communicate business needs and technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Around 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, or a similar role.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Good understanding of technical concepts, systems, and business processes.Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Strong communication and client management skills.Ability to understand business challenges and contribute to identifying suitable solutions.Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, bids, or proposal preparation is an advantage.Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.
