Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Technology Specialist to support our digital marketing operations.

The role will focus on maintaining and improving the company website, developing landing pages for property marketing campaigns, implementing tracking solutions, and supporting the technical requirements of digital marketing activities.The ideal candidate has practical experience with WordPress development, front-end technologies, landing page creation, and marketing analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance* Maintain, update, and improve the company website.* Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and functionality.* Manage website content, property project pages, developer pages, and area pages.* Ensure the website is responsive, fast, secure, and optimized for search engines.* Troubleshoot website issues and manage technical improvements.Landing Pages & Campaign Support* Build dedicated landing pages for real estate projects, launches, and marketing campaigns.* Develop conversion-focused pages with enquiry forms and clear calls to action.* Integrate forms with CRM systems and other lead management platforms.* Support campaign launches by preparing landing pages and implementing tracking requirements.Marketing Analytics & Tracking* Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.* Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking and campaign attribution.* Support tracking through UTM parameters and campaign-specific URLs.* Monitor website performance and provide basic analytics reports.SEO & Website Optimization* Implement on-page SEO best practices.* Optimize page titles, metadata, headings, URLs, images, and internal links.* Support the creation of SEO-friendly project and community pages.* Improve website speed, usability, and lead conversion performance.Required Skills & Qualifications* Practical experience with WordPress development.* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.* Experience with PHP and WordPress theme customization.* Experience with ACF or similar custom field and content management solutions.* Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.* Understanding of website performance, technical SEO, and lead generation.* Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and deliver projects on schedule.Preferred Skills* Experience working with real estate websites or property marketing campaigns.* Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.* Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.* Basic knowledge of Git, website hosting, DNS, and Cloudflare.* Experience with Figma or other design tools.Expected Outcomes* Reliable and well-maintained company website.* Timely delivery of marketing landing pages.* Accurate campaign tracking and analytics implementation.* Improved website performance and lead generation support.Please apply using the following link:https://careers.sfprop.ae/apply/web-developer-digital-marketing-technology-specialist
