Technical Leader – Robotics & Automation

We currently working on an exciting opportunity with an international technology business looking to strengthen its regional technical leadership across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.This is a varied, hands-on leadership role combining technical operations, team management, customer deployments, and commercial support within the robotics and automation space.The successful candidate will lead a regional team of technical engineers, oversee customer deployments, support technical pre-sales activities, and help scale service operations as the business continues to grow.What we're looking for: 🔹 Experience managing or leading field/service engineers 🔹 A background in robotics, automation, IoT, industrial technology, or related solutions 🔹 Experience with customer deployments, installations, commissioning, or technical support 🔹 Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills 🔹 The ability to balance hands-on technical problem-solving with team leadership and operational planning 🔹 UAE and/or Saudi market experience is advantageous📍 Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi 🌍 Coverage: UAE and Saudi ArabiaThis would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading technical teams, working directly with customers, and helping bring innovative technology solutions to market.If this sounds relevant to your experience, or you'd like to find out more, feel free to send me a message.
