Applicants joining the Dubai team will be part of a trusted, well-established brand in the cosmetic and wellness industry.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to introduce SkinLab’s services, explain treatment options, and convert inquiries into appointments and sales. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, understanding their skincare needs, recommending suitable services, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves following up on leads, managing appointment reminders and confirmations, supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating with clinic staff to ensure a smooth client experience. The Telesales Specialist will also contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding SkinLab’s standards of professionalism and client care.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and empathetic client experience.Excellent Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain services and procedures confidently.Proven Sales abilities, including experience in telesales or inside sales, and comfort working with targets and KPIs.Experience in Training or a willingness to be trained on SkinLab’s service portfolio, scripts, and best practices.Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or aesthetic services is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM or call management software and basic computer skills.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
