Trade Marketing Executive - FMCG

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join our growing FMCG food & non-food brand portfolio across the UAE retail market.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving trade marketing initiatives, in-store execution, visibility enhancement, and sales coordination to strengthen brand presence and improve overall market performance.Key Responsibilities1. Trade Marketing & Promotion ExecutionPlan and execute monthly trade marketing activities across Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discount Stores, General Trade & E-commerce channelsManage in-store promotions including gondola displays, shelf rentals, pallet displays, sampling, leaflets & bundle offersEnsure timely execution of all promotional activities as per brand guidelines2. Market Visibility & MerchandisingMonitor planogram compliance, shelf share, visibility, and display qualityWork closely with sales & merchandising teams to improve product placementTrack competitor activities, pricing, promotions & new launches3. Sales Support & CoordinationCoordinate with sales teams for promotional planning and customer-wise executionSupport new product launches and listing follow-upsPrepare execution reports with photos, customer updates & activity results4. Data Analysis & ReportingTrack promotion performance, sales uplift, ROI, and trade spend utilizationPrepare monthly trade marketing reports and competitor insightsMaintain trackers for listings, distribution, displays & promotional claims5. Vendor & Agency CoordinationCoordinate with agencies, promoters, and printing vendorsManage POSM materials including wobblers, shelf talkers, posters & display unitsEnsure timely delivery and proper usage of trade marketing materials6. Budget & Claims ManagementMonitor trade marketing budgets, customer spends & promotion claimsEnsure proper documentation, approvals & reconciliation of trade spendsCoordinate with finance & sales teams for settlement processes
