We are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience through innovative products, reliable service, and user-friendly digital platforms.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our website, e-commerce platforms, and applications. The ideal candidate should understand user behaviour and be able to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve user experience.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Develop user journeys and information architecture to improve navigation and usability.Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the overall user experience.Ensure consistency in design systems, layouts, typography, colours, and visual elements.Improve website and application usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Experience designing responsive websites and mobile interfaces.Knowledge of user research, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction design.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects and problem-solving abilities.
