About the Role

As a Verification Analyst, you'll review reservations before guests arrive, checking IDs and personal details and confirming identity screening. On more complex bookings, you'll also review income and credit. Your biggest focus is catching what doesn't add up while keeping good guests moving fast. You'll also talk with guests by phone and email, including some who are frustrated about a delay, so staying calm and clear matters as much as being detailed. When a reservation is missing something, you own it until it's resolved.You'll work in English every day alongside teams across the US, from our office in Polanco. No two days look the same, and you'll build real skills in risk, fraud prevention, and guest operations that set you up to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Review incoming reservations and check guest IDs and personal detailsConfirm identity screening results and flag anything that doesn't matchReview income and credit on more complex bookingsCall and email guests to collect missing information, including guests who are upset about a delayWork with our Sales and Member Experience teams to keep every reservation movingWhat You Bring:Fluent English (B2 to C1). Not remote or hybridSchedule: 5 days a week with 2 days offShifts: Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including at least one weekend day.
