UAE Government & Institutional Relations- Establish professional relationships with UAE government departments, ministries, economic authorities, and regulatory institutions.- Coordinate with Dubai government authorities, DIFC, ADGM, and relevant free-zone administrations.- Facilitate corporate registrations, licensing applications, regulatory approvals, and institutional partnerships.- Represent BLACKBULL and its clients in authorized government and institutional meetings.2. Corporate Client & Government Advisory- Support international corporations entering UAE markets.- Assist corporate clients with government documentation, regulatory procedures, and business establishment requirements.- Develop government engagement strategies for Indian and international companies.- Coordinate institutional introductions, corporate expansion, and government-supported business opportunities.3. Banking, Investment & Financial Regulations- Establish relationships with UAE banking institutions, investment authorities, and financial service providers.- Support regulatory coordination for escrow arrangements, asset management structures, investment vehicles, and financial services licensing.- Assist with DIFC and ADGM regulatory processes where applicable.- Identify institutional investment opportunities and government-supported economic development initiatives.4.
