Hiring: Treasury /Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Process Design Analyst 📍 Location: North Carolina, Charlotte Hybrid💼 Role: Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Process Design Analyst🏦 Industry: Banking / Financial Services📊 Experience: 10+ Years🎯 Domain: Treasury, ALM, IRRBB, Process Design & TransformationRole OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesRisk, Controls & GovernanceEstablish and embed preventive and detective controls within IRRBB processes.Define control execution procedures, documentation requirements, and audit-ready evidence standards.Ensure appropriate governance frameworks are established for ongoing IRRBB production and review.Promote consistent processes and sustainable operational controls across ALM teams.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in Treasury, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), or closely related banking functions.Experience participating in multiple large-scale systems implementation or transformation programs.Strong experience in end-to-end process design and operational risk and control frameworks.Demonstrated experience supporting Treasury change initiatives, including go-live, parallel run, and cutover management.Strong understanding of Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), risk metric production, and governance practices.Experience with target operating model design, organizational design, and process optimization.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.Preferred QualificationHands-on experience with QRM or comparable IRRBB risk management platforms.Experience developing and delivering training programs and operating playbooks.Exposure to large consulting firms or complex enterprise transformation initiatives.Advanced degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline.Experience working with senior Treasury and ALM leadership in a regulated banking environment.
