The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging, and polished video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.RequirementsResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality video content for social media, websites, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other digital platformsHandle the full post-production process, including video cutting, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, and visual enhancementsCreate engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and project requirementsAdd motion graphics, animations, titles, subtitles, visual effects, and other creative elements where requiredWork with raw footage and transform it into polished, professional, and platform-ready videosSelect and synchronise appropriate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements to enhance the final productionAdapt videos into different formats, durations, and aspect ratios suitable for different digital and social media platformsCollaborate with the Marketing and Content Teams to understand creative requirements and deliver videos in line with campaign objectivesMaintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the editing processStay up to date with current video-editing techniques, trends, formats, and industry-standard post-production practicesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and post-productionStrong proficiency in professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent toolsStrong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour grading, audio editing, and visual effectsExperience creating video content for social media and digital platformsAbility to work with different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform requirementsStrong creative judgement with excellent attention to detailAbility to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional final contentAdvanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication and collaboration with global teamsA strong portfolio demonstrating professional video-editing workAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects when requiredBenefitsAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
