About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Videographer & Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring our off-plan residential projects, construction updates, and real estate events to life through creative visual content.You’ll be capturing high-quality photos and videos for a range of purposes — including social media, marketing campaigns, website, and sales team branding.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph and film off-plan projects, construction site progress, and completed residential unitsCover sales events, brokerage meetups, and internal company functionsShoot and edit professional content for real estate sales managers, including profile videos and social contentHandle the full content lifecycle — from shooting to editing and deliveryCollaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to plan content based on brand guidelinesMaintain and manage all photography/video equipment and media archivesTravel to various project and event locations across Dubai as required

Requirements

Proven experience in photography and video editing (portfolio required)Hands-on experience with real estate, architecture, or construction shoots is highly preferredSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Strong eye for detail, lighting, and compositionAbility to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlinesProactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentNice to Have:Experience with real estate development or brokerage content in the UAEDrone photography/video certificationMotion graphics or basic animation skills
