Location: Dubai, UAE — On-siteSalary: AED 4,000–6,000 per monthEmployment: Full-timeExperience: Minimum 2 yearsMarketing Agency Experience: MandatoryJoining: ASAP — Immediate joiners preferredIMPORTANT: Only candidates currently physically present in the UAE and comfortable with the advertised salary range should apply.About the RoleRUDO is a growing Dubai-based digital marketing agency looking for a creative and experienced Videographer & Video Editor who can independently shoot and edit professional marketing content for multiple brands and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot and edit professional Reels, social media videos, interviews, and commercial content.Independently manage camera setup, lighting, audio, and on-location filming.Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and engaging visual stories.Handle editing, color grading, sound design, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.Produce video content for Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and brand promotions.Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.Mandatory RequirementsCurrently physically present in the UAE.Minimum 2 years of professional videography and video editing experience.Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is mandatory.Experience creating marketing content for multiple brands and clients.Ability to independently handle professional filming and editing.Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones.Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and audio recording.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Good English communication skills.A professional portfolio/showreel featuring original filming and editing work is mandatory.Additional Skills — AdvantageAdobe After Effects and motion graphics.AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, and Runway.Professional photography.Real estate and luxury brand content experience.UAE driving licence.Before ApplyingPlease apply only if you:Are currently located in the UAE (employment, residence, or visit visa).Have previous marketing agency experience.Can independently handle both filming and editing.Are comfortable with AED 4,000–6,000 per month.Can provide a professional portfolio/showreel.Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an in-person interview and practical shooting/editing assessment.RUDOReal.
