Visual Merchandising Officer

Job Description The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for planogram development and management, ensuring consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across SJD Branches. This role partners closely with several teams to ensure effective category presentation, promotional execution, and retail discipline across the chain. Qualifications 5-8 years experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Space Planning, Category Management or Trade Marketing At least 3+ years of strong experience in planogram development and management Proven experience handling multi-branch or regional retail coverageExperience in pharmacy, supermarket, FMCG, Beauty or personal care retail is preferredExperience conducting store audits and retail compliance checks Exposure to Store openings, roll outs, renovations, or resets is an advantage. Willing to be assigned in Dagupan, Pangasinan
