You’ll build the team that carries ParkourSC to the next $50M in ARR and beyond, set the technical bar, and engage global pharmaceutical customers such as GSK, Pfizer, and Merck as the credible technical owner of what we ship. You’ll report to the CEO, with a dotted line to the VP Global Engineering & Chief Architect, and hold a seat on the executive leadership team.What you’ll doCustomer Delivery EngineeringOwn every customer engineering program end to end — scoping, staffing, milestones, quality, and go-liveDrive delivery predictability, with commitments backed by detailed engineering and staffing plansServe as the accountable executive for technical escalations and urgent customer needsLead validation and compliance support for regulated deployments, including DVT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and GxP audit readinessPartner with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and solution engineering on feasibility, sequencing, and commitmentsPlatform & Product DevelopmentExecute the platform roadmap across the data foundation, digital twin, ontology, orchestration and intelligence layer, APIs, agents, and applicationsOwn architecture across the stack, with a bias toward simplification and deployment into customer tenanciesRun engineering operations, including sprint discipline, release management, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and cost controlUphold security and audit posture, including SOC 2, data residency, tenant isolation, and access managementTurn one-off customer work into productized, reusable capability rather than bespoke debtLead the technical integration of the Quartic.ai engineering team and capability into the platformBuild the AI application engineering team that designs the agent harness, agents, and multi-agent networkRaise engineering velocity with AI tool-based development best practices, and train the team on themOrganization & LeadershipDesign and scale the India engineering center as a GCC across platform, applications, data, data science, delivery, DevOps, and qualityHire, develop, and retain senior technical talent, raising the bar with every hireEstablish technical career ladders, performance management, and succession for key rolesSet an engineering culture of high ownership, low ceremony, and evidence over opinionManage vendor and partner engineering firms, including commercial terms, quality bar, and IP and data-handling obligationsWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s strongly preferred15–20 years of engineering experience, progressing from hands-on, architect-level work to senior leadershipSignificant experience in product engineering organizations at scale, with successful platform products deliveredSubstantial experience leading engineering teams in India for global product companies or multinationalsExperience building and scaling teams of 30–100+ engineers across multiple functions and locationsStartup or early-stage experience building without scaffolding in small teams2+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools and modern AI platforms such as Claude or OpenAIDirect experience owning technical relationships with large, regulated enterprise customersDeep expertise in cloud-native data architecture, streaming and event pipelines, and enterprise multi-tenant SaaSExperience with integration-heavy systems, including ERP, LIMS, MES, WMS, TMS, EDI, and IoT telemetryProduction experience with applied AI and agentic systems, including retrieval, knowledge graphs, evaluation, and guardrailsStrong distributed systems fundamentals across reliability, data consistency, performance, and observabilityNice to haveLife sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industry experience (GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11)Supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial IoT domain backgroundExperience integrating an acquired engineering team into a single platform and cultureExperience taking a company through a significant scaling inflection, Series B and beyondLocationHyderabad, India — on-site / hybridYou’ll thrive here if you’re…A working architect who still reads code, reviews designs, and can whiteboard a system end to endComfortable in ambiguity, and able to turn directional guidance into a sequenced planA natural leader whom engineers follow for judgment and credibility, not titleA clear, concise communicator in writing and in the room, including with pharma CIOs and Heads of Supply ChainGenuinely passionate about building products and technologySound like you?
