📢 WE’RE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE / RECRUITEROME Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboardingSource and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channelsConduct interviews and coordinate candidate meetings with managementPrepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentationManage onboarding and employee recordsHandle attendance, leave, and employee-related HR mattersMaintain accurate and up-to-date personnel filesCoordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and other employee documentationSupport employee relations and workplace policiesPrepare HR reports and recruitment updates for managementDevelop and maintain recruitment pipelines for current and future vacanciesSupport the implementation and improvement of HR procedures and processes🔹 RequirementsPrevious experience in HR and recruitment is requiredReal estate or UAE-based recruitment experience is highly preferredStrong knowledge of the full recruitment processExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portalsGood understanding of UAE HR administration and employment documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyProactive, responsible, and confident in dealing with candidates and managementFluent English is required; Turkish is preferred📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: HR Executive / Recruiter🏢 Industry: Real Estate📩 To apply: Send your CV to hr@omerealestate.comIf you're an HR professional who enjoys recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking ownership of the HR function, we'd love to hear from you.#Hiring #HRJobs #Recruitment #HRExecutive #Recruiter #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #DubaiCareers #RealEstateJobs #HiringDubai
