Job Title: Senior Web Analytics SpecialistJob Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaRole purposeThe Senior Web Analytics Specialist is responsible for the technical measurement, instrumentation quality and behavioral understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys across a high-volume transactional eCommerce environment.

The position ensures that every critical customer interaction—from landing and registration through qualification, quotation, checkout, payment and completed purchase—is captured accurately, consistently and in a form that can support trustworthy conversion analysis and business decisions. The role goes beyond reading dashboards or reporting campaign performance. It requires an implementation-oriented specialist who can design event taxonomies and data-layer specifications; configure and debug GA4 and Google Tag Manager; validate browser, cross-domain and, where applicable, server-side tracking; investigate discrepancies against backend transactions; and maintain reliable measurement as journeys and releases change. The specialist will establish and operate behavioral analytics and experimentation capabilities to explain why customers abandon journeys, distinguish usability friction from measurement defects, translate findings into testable hypotheses and evaluate changes through rigorous A/B testing. The position works directly with product, UX, engineering and technology vendors to turn analytical requirements into working instrumentation and measurable improvements.Success means a dependable, well-governed analytics implementation, faster identification of journey friction, a credible experimentation pipeline, and clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
