We are looking for 2 AI-First Website Content & Sitecore Specialists for an exciting opportunity with a leading organisation in Dubai.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment: Full-Time🎯 Experience: 3–6 years preferredWhat We're Looking For:We need creative, hands-on digital professionals who combine website development knowledge, Sitecore CMS expertise and an AI-first mindset.You should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to accelerate website creation, but also have the technical knowledge to independently build, modify, customise and troubleshoot webpages.Essential Skills – All Required:✅ Sitecore CMS: Hands-on experience creating, managing and publishing webpages using Sitecore templates and components.✅ Website Creation: Ability to independently build and manage webpages from business requirements through to publication.✅ HTML, CSS & Responsive Design: Practical understanding of webpage structure, layouts, customisation and mobile responsiveness.✅ Generative AI: Regular hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools for content creation, optimisation and website workflows.✅ Content Writing: Strong English writing, editing, proofreading and digital content management skills.✅ SEO & Content Optimisation: Knowledge of on-page SEO, metadata, keywords, internal linking and content structure.✅ Quality Assurance: Ability to validate AI-generated outputs, troubleshoot basic webpage issues and ensure content accuracy.✅ Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple website requests, deadlines and business requirements independently.Good to Have:⭐ Sitecore XP / XM Cloud⭐ Banking or Financial Services experience⭐ Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics⭐ Adobe Target or website experimentation tools⭐ GEO / LLM optimisation, structured data and JSON-LD⭐ AI image generation tools and WCAG accessibility standards⭐ Arabic content writing or localisation💡 What Makes You Stand Out?We're particularly interested in candidates who are AI enthusiasts, creative problem-solvers and independent webpage builders.Someone who doesn't blindly rely on AI-generated results but knows how to validate, improve, customise and deliver a fully functional, high-quality webpage.If you enjoy experimenting with new AI tools, bringing creative ideas to life and taking complete ownership of website delivery, we'd love to hear from you!
