Advanced Analytics Sr. Specialist

Job PurposeDevelop and enhance advanced analytics and Business Intelligence solutions, including interactive Power BI dashboards, to monitor business performance, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.Translate business requirements into effective analytics and BI solutions.Develop and optimize data models and SQL queries to support accurate reporting and analysis.Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.Support the development and implementation of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions.Ensure data accuracy, dashboard performance, usability, and reporting consistency.Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance on analytics and BI solutions.Qualification and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.Experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting, data visualization, and business requirements analysis.
