The role involves providing dermatology-related aesthetic consultations, performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and advising clients on skin care treatments aligned with best practices and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, documenting treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also requires clear communication with clients and internal teams, adherence to clinical protocols, and support for customer service initiatives to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications Clinical expertise in dermatology and aesthetic procedures, including skin assessment, treatment planning, and safe administration of cosmetic treatments.Strong client communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly and professionally.Attention to detail and commitment to quality, including accurate recordkeeping, compliance with clinical guidelines, and hygiene standards.Ability to work collaboratively with customer support and administrative teams to coordinate bookings and follow-up care.Relevant medical or dermatology qualification, certification in aesthetic procedures, and current licensure according to United Arab Emirates regulations.Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, or similar patient-facing environment is highly beneficial.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages used in the region is an advantage.Demonstrated professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care for all clients.
