AI & Digital Transformation Manager

We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for an AI & Digital Transformation Manager to drive digital innovation and improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of estimating, tendering and pre-construction processes within the data centre construction sector.This is a key role focused on identifying opportunities for automation, implementing AI-driven solutions and delivering practical digital improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI and digital transformation projects across Estimating and Pre-Construction.Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.Manage projects from initial scoping and business-case development through to implementation.Work closely with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Design, Commercial, Planning and IT teams.Identify practical applications of AI across tendering, cost data, document review, benchmarking and reporting.Coordinate the selection, testing and implementation of digital solutions.Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.Manage project plans, risks, stakeholders and delivery milestones.Monitor adoption and measure the business benefits of implemented solutions.Requirements & Experience:Experience in project management, digital transformation, technology implementation or business change.Experience within construction, engineering, estimating or pre-construction is highly desirable.Good understanding of AI, automation, data analytics and digital tools.Strong commercial and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, CostX or Buildsoft would be advantageous.What's on Offer:Competitive salary package.Career development and professional growth.Collaborative working environment.Opportunity to drive digital innovation within the data centre construction sector.Exposure to a strong pipeline of European projects.If you are interested in this opportunity, please click apply,we look forward to receiving your application.
