Working closely with business users, site teams, and technology specialists, we focus on application support, user adoption, and continuous improvement to ensure our systems create real value and drive operational excellence across the business.Your RoleAs an Applications Analyst - Snr, you willProvide second-level application support, triaging and resolving issues with documented root cause and resolution, escalating complex cases with full business context, and covering first-level support when needed.Monitor application health, flag recurring issues and patterns, and contribute to operational stability through proactive identification of risks.Act as the on-site liaison between site teams, business users, and the IT Applications team, spending regular time on project sites to understand actual usage and operational challenges.Drive user adoption by engaging end users on site, identifying underused features and workflows, and delivering targeted training and communications to close gaps.Work with IT leadership to apply an adoption measurement framework, track adoption metrics, and own the recurring delivery of adoption summaries to the product team and management.Gather high level requirements, assess gaps between user needs and product capabilities, and recommend enhancements and digitization opportunities.Capture and route feedback, enhancement requests, and field observations through the product backlog, validate related fixes in UAT, and communicate outcomes back to stakeholders.Lead customer onboarding and coordinate pilot programs for market-facing platforms, delivering structured training tailored to customer roles.Act as the customer-facing support and success point, handling usage queries, representing the product in demonstrations, and maintaining awareness of the customer pipeline to prioritize support.Deliver workshops, awareness sessions, and coaching for internal users, and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials in clear, non-technical language.Support change management during rollouts, upgrades, and process changes, and participate in team standups to maintain awareness across workstreamsWhat We’re Looking ForSkills and CompetenciesEssentialProven experience in application support, application analysis, or product adoption for business or customer-facing software, with direct day to day engagement with end users.Strong understanding of construction site operations, with the ability to view applications from the end user's perspective and translate site conditions into clear feedback.Experience driving user adoption, including identifying usage gaps and closing them through targeted enablement.Experience delivering onboarding and training to external customers or business users, in person and remotely.Structured approach to incident handling, root cause documentation, and knowledge base upkeep.Ability to gather high level requirements, assess gaps between user needs and product capability, and present feedback and recommendations to product and technical teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain application matters to non-technical site and customer audiences.Willingness to spend about 2-3 days per week on project sites and at customer locations.DesirableExperience with construction productsExperience supporting a product launched to external customers or a go-to-market product.Power BI capability for building adoption metrics and dashboards.Familiarity with low code or forms platforms used for site processes.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams as support and backlog channels.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or5+ years experienceCertifications in IT service management, or business analysis are an advantageWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to drive user adoption and transform the way teams use technology?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Holdings and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Please note we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as this advert may close once we’ve found the right candidate.
