AI Consultant | AI Agents & Automation | Netherlands, AmsterdamHave you been experimenting with AI and want to turn that experience into solutions businesses actually use?For a small consultancy working across AI and business technology, I’m looking for an AI Consultant who enjoys understanding client challenges, exploring ideas and building practical solutions.The organisation delivers client projects and develops its own AI products. You’ll work directly with the Practice Lead and senior colleagues, with support to develop both your technical skills and your confidence as a consultant.What you’ll doExplore client needs: understand how teams work and identify where AI could improve processes or reduce repetitive tasks.Build practical solutions: help develop AI agents, automations and applications using existing tools and frameworks.Work with Claude and Claude Code: use AI tools to prototype, develop and improve solutions.Connect tools and systems: contribute to integrations between AI applications, business platforms and existing workflows.Support implementation: test solutions, gather feedback and help clients use them effectively.Explain your ideas: demonstrate what you’ve built and communicate its value to technical and non-technical audiences.Contribute internally: experiment with new approaches and help develop the consultancy’s own AI products.Who could be a good fit?You could be a recent graduate, an early-career consultant or someone with practical AI experience gained through personal projects. Your ability to explain what you’ve built, how it works and why it is useful matters.I’d be interested in speaking if you have:Practical experience experimenting with Claude, Claude Code or similar AI development tools.Examples of AI agents, automations, integrations or applications you’ve helped build.Some familiarity with Python or JavaScript, APIs and Git.An interest in understanding business processes and working directly with clients.A curious, proactive approach and the willingness to test, troubleshoot and keep learning.An interest in Salesforce or other business platforms; relevant experience is useful.Dutch language is preferred.A combination of consulting and buildingYou’ll help identify useful applications for AI, discuss possible approaches with clients and contribute to making those solutions work.
