The ABAT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a certified behavior analyst or clinician, working directly with clients in clinic settings. Daily tasks include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living, and assisting in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies. Location: Spectra Cure Clinic – CairoThe successful candidate will provide structured one-to-one ABA intervention for children with autism and developmental delays under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs accurately.
• Conduct structured one-to-one therapy sessions.
• Collect trial-by-trial and session-based data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans provided by the supervisor.
• Support the development of communication, social, play, adaptive, and pre-academic skills.
• Maintain clear and timely session documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and professional training.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• ABAT certification or eligibility to obtain the certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of practical ABA experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, accept feedback, and work effectively within a team.We Offer
