Accounts Receivable Specialist | Remote (NJ, IL, PA, NY, FL, DE)Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/yrKey Perks: 100% remote flexibility with comprehensive medical coverage and 401(k) matching.Our client is a prominent, multi-office Mid-Atlantic law firm looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage their firm-wide revenue collections.In this role, you will take ownership of the full collections cycle, collaborating directly with matter billing partners, corporate clients, and insurance adjusters to resolve open balances, streamline aging receivables, and maintain cash flow.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze monthly aging AR reports across practice groups to advise Matter Billing Partners on collection strategies.Partner with billing, appeals, and accounting teams to track past-due matter invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.Navigate and monitor insurance third-party legal billing platforms to verify invoice statuses and appeal rejected submissions.Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and corporate clients via phone and email to secure outstanding payments.Reconcile complex payment histories and process authorized bad-debt write-offs in accordance with firm governance.#AVE1
