Warehouse Supervisor

Job Brief: Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting stock reconciliations, preparing warehouse performance reports, and ensuring safe material handling. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant warehouse or supply chain management experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse and inventory transactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and warehouse Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Ensure proper material handling, warehouse housekeeping, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Use SAP systems to process and maintain warehouse transactions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse and inventory transactions.
• Experience supervising warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Experience preparing inventory and warehouse KPI reports.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, material handling, and housekeeping practices.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
