We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to develop innovative design concepts, deliver practical building solutions, and support projects from initial planning through design development. Join us to shape functional, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces while bringing architectural visions to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals aligned with client requirements and project objectives.Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.Coordinate with structural engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, planning requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainability principles.Advise clients on materials, spatial planning, design feasibility, and cost-effective solutions.Monitor design development, resolve technical issues, and support project delivery to meet quality and schedule expectations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related discipline.Relevant experience in architectural design, building consultancy, or design coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design and visualization software.Strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, design documentation, and material specifications.Excellent creative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Professional architectural registration, BIM expertise, or experience managing complex building projects is an advantage.
