We Are Hiring – Architectural Technical Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 3–5 YearsOrient Materials Company (OMC) is looking for a qualified (Architectural Technical Engineer) with experience in technical submittals, shop drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Material Technical Submittals (MTS) for consultant approval.- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings.- Prepare Technical Compliance Statements and supporting documentation.- Review project specifications, BOQs, and IFC drawings.- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.- Conduct site visits, verify dimensions, and follow up on site execution.- Prepare as-built drawings and respond to technical comments.- Coordinate technical requirements with the factory and installation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation.- Experience in interior fit-out, solid surface, countertops, and joinery works is highly preferred.- Good communication and technical English skills.- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV and portfolio.email: hr@omc.sa
