Area Manager / Cluster Head - Jewellery Industry

The role involves overseeing multiple retail outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring consistent customer service standards across the cluster. The Area Manager / Cluster Head will monitor store operations, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and implement promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines. The role includes leading and developing store teams, setting targets, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will collaborate with senior management on market insights, local competition, and strategies to grow revenue and enhance the brand’s presence.QualificationsProven experience in multi-store retail management, mandatory experience in the jewelry industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations.Solid knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and store profitability management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Analytical mindset with experience using sales reports, KPIs, and market data to drive performance and decision-making.Ability to work on-site in United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to travel between stores as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with POS systems, basic MS Office tools, and retail management software.Commitment to ethical business practices and alignment with brand standards in quality and customer service.
