Tailor my CV for this job — freeArea Manager – QSR Restaurant Operations | UAEWe are recruiting an experienced Area Manager for an established international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with an ambitious expansion strategy across the UAE.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven, hands-on multi-unit operator to oversee approximately 8–10 restaurants, driving operational excellence, profitability, customer experience and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and performance across multiple restaurants.Drive sales growth, profitability and P&L performance.Manage food costs, labour costs, operational KPIs and compliance.Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building strong succession pipelines.Improve underperforming outlets and support new restaurant openings.Implement local store marketing initiatives to increase revenue.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 7 years' experience in QSR restaurant operations.Minimum 2 years' proven multi-unit management experience.Strong career progression through multi-unit/cluster management into Area Management.Background with established pizza, burger, chicken or similar food-led QSR brands.Proven experience managing multiple high-volume restaurants, ideally 8–10 outlets.Strong commercial understanding of P&L, cost control, operational standards and people development.Currently based in the UAE and flexible to travel between locations.We are particularly interested in candidates from international food-led QSR brands with a track record of delivering measurable operational and commercial improvements.
