Role Description The Director at Eqtiaz is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for leading overall strategy, operations, and performance across key business functions. The Director will set organizational priorities, define objectives, and oversee execution of initiatives that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Day-to-day tasks include managing senior staff, reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding business development activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of high performance, ethical conduct, and continuous learning. The Director will also represent Eqtiaz with clients, partners, and external stakeholders, strengthening the company’s market position and reputation.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, setting strategy, and overseeing operations at a senior level.Strong business acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve processes, and implement effective governance and controls.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven and analytical approach.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.Experience in a director or equivalent senior role within a relevant industry is highly beneficial.
