Assistant Corporate Communication Manager (UAE National)

Job PurposeSupport the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance the organization’s corporate and brand reputation, engage internal and external stakeholders while aligning with business objectives, brand values, and audience engagement goals. Act as a key contributor to strategic PR initiatives, media relations, and employee communications while ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesEffective Account Management & PR Growth for Al Masaood GroupManage PR and communication efforts for Al Masaood Group and its principal brands to enhance media exposure and strengthen brand positioning, especially in Tier A media.Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans to increase PR coverage in line with business objectives and KPIs.Develop press releases, product articles, thought-leadership opinion pieces, news announcements, interview management, and Q&A documents to maintain a positive media presence.Manage the PR agency on press releases, interviews, op-eds, and media outreach to secure high-quality media coverage that enhances Al Masaood’s share of voice and media value.Identify and nominate Al Masaood for prestigious industry awards to ensure brand recognition and credibility.Oversee Al Masaood event communications, including drafting emailers, speeches, captions, and other content as needed.Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual PR performance and communications report covering media clippings, media value, sentiment, and share of voice.Social Media Management for Al Masaood GroupSupport the corporate social media presence for Al Masaood Group, ensuring alignment with brand values and driving engagement and follower growth across all platforms.Support the social media agency in planning and executing content calendars when needed.Conduct daily media and social media monitoring to stay informed of trends and the latest news, particularly in the UAE, Abu Dhabi, and areas relevant to Al Masaood and Al Masaood Automobiles businesses.Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual Social Media performance report covering engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.Supervise Internal and External Group Corporate CommunicationsManage the creation and delivery of corporate communication materials, ensuring consistency and error free messaging in line with Al Masaood’s guidelines.Support Al Masaood’s internal communication requirements, as well as other business communications when needed.Assist in internal and external events as needed.Liaise with external vendors to manage photography and videography at company’s events, communications campaigns, marketing activations and other business matters, as required.CreativityDevelop creative content to strengthen corporate communication efforts, leading to better internal and external engagement.Use creative copywriting skills that align with brand values to boost engagement and strengthen audience connections.Bring new approaches that add value to the Group’s corporate communication efforts, improving results.CompetenciesFocus on customersResults orientedCollaboration & influencingAbility to work and focus under pressureEmbracing change & innovationBuilding relationshipsTaking ownershipRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.A minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role.Experience in content creation, communications, and public relations.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.Work experience in a range of different settings – the majority to be internal and external communications.Ability to work under pressure, and deliver factual material on tight timelines.Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, and Excel.Team player with a genuine interest in other cultures.Positive attitude and proactive by nature.Prior experience working in a multicultural environment.Has a UAE driving license and owns a vehicle.
