Assistant Manager, Finance (Business Partnering) | East | FMCG

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Commercial Finance & Finance Business Partner to support Singapore and export markets. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, combining commercial business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and finance oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner commercial teams to drive business performance and profitability.Lead P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reviews.Analyse pricing, trade spend, promotional ROI, customer profitability and distributor performance.Identify margin improvement opportunities and develop business cases for commercial initiatives.Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, tax compliance and audit coordination with an overseas finance team.Improve financial reporting, dashboards and processes using SAP and advanced Excel.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; professional qualifications are an advantage.6–9 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.FMCG commercial finance experience is essential, particularly in trade spend, channel P&Ls, distributor margins, pricing and promotional ROI.Strong accounting fundamentals and experience reviewing financial closing and reporting.Advanced Excel and hands-on SAP experience.Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.Able to collaborate effectively across countries and cultures.Why Join?Opportunity to influence commercial strategy and business decisions.Exposure to Singapore and regional export markets.A broad role combining commercial finance, business partnering and finance oversight.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Harold Express(MOM License: 26C3534)Chai TimoltyEA Reg: R1331005
