Assistant Manager - IT Performance Reporting (Emirati Talent)

This role will support IT Governance in setting IT goals measures, responsibility accounting and monitoring, analyzing, governing and improving the performance of IT through the smart use of data analytics, reports and dashboard.The Assistant Manager IT Governance Performance will ensure the appropriate and robust governance polices, processes and controls are developed, kept up to date and adhered to.Support alignment between IT Strategy and IT Operational performance, by providing timely, accurate data for decision making.Manage the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, whilst reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements.Develop, maintain, and present IT Governance Performance Dashboards and reportsDevelop, validate, and monitor IT Operational Performance Dashboards and reportsProvides technical assistance in annual planning and objective setting processes across the departments, the development of milestones and key performance indicators for organizational objectives and establishes a measurement process for tracking and analyzing these milestones and KPIs.Supports to shape an engaging measurement culture that will deliver sustainable high performance and outcomes.Support and shape IT’s strategic narrative for internal customers through relevant reports or dashboards to track and articulate ITs progress toward key goals, objectives, and supporting initiatives.Leads the collection and analysis of organizational dashboard data, including monitoring progress against organizational goals and objectives and tracking of high-level projects and deliverables.To perform all other tasks as assigned by his supervisor and comply with policies & procedures of IT Dept & the BankEducationMinimum Bachelor in computer science or EngineeringWork ExperienceMinimum 4 -6 years of experience in IT Governance
