Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduJob ResponsibilitiesDeliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods.Guide students in academic projects, research, and internships.Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and institutional development.Mentor students and contribute to their academic and professional growth.Support curriculum development in accordance with UGC guidelines.Educational QualificationsFirst Class in both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees in Psychology is compulsory.Ph.D. in Psychology or NET/SLET qualification is mandatory, as applicable under prevailing UGC regulations.Required Skill SetStrong knowledge of psychological theories, research methodologies, and statistical analysis.Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in psychological assessment and research tools.Ability to guide student research and interdisciplinary projects.Good academic writing and research publication skills.Experience: Freshers meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and experienced candidates may apply.Salary: As per institutional norms, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
