Hays are partnered with one of the world's most prestigious independent financial advisory firms, to identify a high-calibre Debt Advisory & Restructuring Associate for their office in Dubai.These responsibilities include working on multiple live transactions at once, own analytical workstreams, build financial models, and support the design and execution of financing solutions. This is an execution-driven position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-intensive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously, across opportunity evaluation, transaction strategy and executionReview term sheets, debt documents and legal implementation across live processesBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate and complete debt advisory and restructuring transactionsPrepare client presentations, information memoranda and offering documentsResearch relevant industries to support the team's marketing and origination initiativesCoordinate transaction processes internally and with external advisorsKey Requirements3+ years of experience in restructuring, debt advisory or investment bankingStrong education background from top university, MBA or CFA is a plusStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional financial modelling and financial statement analysisKnowledge of various debt instruments, across corporate, leveraged, infrastructure and real estate situationsAbility to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environmentThis is a rare opportunity to join one of the world’s best Investment firms, they are offering a highly attractive compensation package, full relocation support, and you will sit alongside some of the finest specialists in the industry, whilst working on some of the most complex and consequential transactions in the MENA region.If you meet the above criteria and are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply through this advert and attach your CV.
