Audit & Accounting Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Audit & Accounting Supervisor📍 Dubai, UAEPlease Note: This is a hands-on junior/mid-level position, not a senior management or audit manager role. Candidates seeking senior leadership positions may not be the right fit.We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong practical knowledge of auditing and accounting to join our team.The role involves managing client relationships, supervising accounting and audit teams, reviewing service delivery, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and compliance assignments.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting and tax compliance requirements, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle audit assignments, accounting supervision, and financial report preparation.- Manage client accounts and review the quality of the team's work.- Handle VAT filing, Corporate Tax compliance, and UAE e-invoicing requirements.- Guide clients on accounting and regulatory compliance while ensuring timely service delivery.- Accuracy and timely completion of accounting, audit, and tax deliverables.-Compliance with applicable filing deadlines and documentation requirements.-Quality of technical reviews and financial reporting.-Effective team supervision and resolution of client queries.-Client satisfaction, retention, and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience.- Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, VAT filing, and Corporate Tax compliance.- Familiarity with UAE e-invoicing requirements.- CA Intermediate qualification preferred.- Excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.- Energetic, efficient, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments.- Valid UAE driving licence preferred/required for client visits.
