Seniors must be able to handle all details of multiple engagements, independently. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures, as well as the capability of assessing engagement risk and audit risk.Oversee the entire audit engagement from planning through issuanceFinancial statement preparationReview, train, and oversee staff progressEffectively communicate the status of audit engagements with managementAct as liaison between staff and clientAdherence to the budget processIdentify additional services or cross-sell opportunities for existing clientsRequirementsWhat Skills You'll Bring:3-5 years experience in public accounting assurance/audit servicesBachelor's degree in accountingCPA or CPA eligibility preferredExperience drafting/reviewing financial statementsExperience with planning, executing, and reviewing engagementsStrong analytical skillsAbility to handle client relationships with minimal supervisionHow You'll Stand Out:Ability to lead teamsBilingual in SpanishBenefitsWe embrace authenticity.
