AVP/VP- Wealth Management

Team Leader Wealth ManagementRole Objective:Lead and manage a high-performing Wealth Management team responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients while driving revenue, AUM growth, product penetration, and overall business profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve business and revenue objectives.Drive acquisition of HNI/affluent clients and strengthen existing client relationships.Develop and execute strategies for AUM growth, client retention, cross-selling, and wallet share enhancement.Drive business across Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and other investment products.Ensure strong client engagement through need-based investment and wealth solutions.Monitor individual and team-level KPIs, productivity, revenue, AUM, and conversion ratios.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching to team members.Build a strong sales pipeline through referrals, market mapping, networking, and client acquisition initiatives.Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, regulatory and internal governance standards.Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders for seamless client servicing.Identify high-potential talent and actively contribute to hiring, onboarding and capability building.Prepare business reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.Key CompetenciesWealth Management & Investment AdvisoryHNI/UHNI Client Relationship ManagementSales & Business DevelopmentTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementAUM & Revenue GrowthCross-Selling & Client AcquisitionProduct Knowledge – MF, PMS, Insurance, FD & BondsMarket Intelligence & Competitor MappingCoaching & Talent DevelopmentStrong Commercial AcumenCompliance & Risk OrientationLocation- Chandigarh & JaipurExperience- 10- 15 yaersCTC- 25 LPA- 40 LPAPreference will be given to those ( Who can bring team as well)Interested Candidate can mail there resume toSonam.singh@bajajcapital.comRegardsGaurav Singh
