We move fast, work hard, and believe that great service starts with a great team.We're looking for an experienced Barista Manager to lead our team and help keep things running smoothly day to day. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and a natural leader who can balance great hospitality with the behind-the-scenes responsibilities of running a busy cafe. You'll be making drinks alongside the team, managing schedules, keeping inventory stocked, and helping create an environment where both employees and customers feel taken care of.What You'll DoLead, support, and motivate a team of baristas, setting the tone for a positive and collaborative work environment.Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, matcha, and other beverages with consistency and care.Manage employee scheduling and help ensure shifts are properly staffed.Oversee inventory, restocking, and ordering to keep daily operations running smoothly.Train and coach team members on drink preparation, customer service, and cafe standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.Lead by example during busy shifts, jumping in wherever needed.Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for every guest.Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, team communication, and overall operations.RequirementsPrevious experience as a lead barista, cafe manager, or in a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee, matcha, and beverage quality.A genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and creating a memorable customer experience.Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality.Strong organizational skills and experience with scheduling, inventory, and ordering.Ability to stay calm, positive, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.Availability to work mornings, weekends, and other peak cafe hours.Compensation$26-32/hour + TipsWe're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads with kindness, and is excited to grow with us!
