Job Description

§ Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production. § Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. § Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency. § Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance.

Qualifications

§ Open to male Arabic speakers, below 40 years old. § With Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. § At least minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in paper manufacturing, FMCG, or other industrial manufacturing environments, including supervisory experience. § Strong hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly in warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
